The hardest thing about changing our lifestyle, especially when it comes to food, is being satisfied with what we are eating. Let's face it, if I had to give up taste in order to lose weight and become fit, it would have never happened. And knowing what I know about all the additives and perservatives they load up our foods with, we are already doomed. I have found a middle-ground and want to share it with you. Each week, I will introduce a new recipe for you to try. Some you'll like and some you won't.
